The jam is being planned by riders, for riders. We're not just stopping with the contest... Slick Kid knows how to throw a party, and we're bringing the on-snow party to the city.

The event will be held at the Firehouse Lounge at 2216 Penn Avenue in the Strip District. We're taking over the parking lot, deck and lounge for the event, and even shutting down one of the side streets. We're planning multiple setups (choose your line) with street influenced features for the course. Competitors will be split into male and female divisions -- but all ages, abilities, and affiliations ride together. Cash prizes and more for the top three riders in each division. Plus, special prizes for Best Trick and Most Steeeeeeez.

Not riding? You can watch from the ground or get a bird's eye view of the action from the deck. Various vendors will be on hand as well as live bands, DJs, films, food, and drink specials all day. If you're legal, hit up the ice luge. Then, if you're still standing, we'll be throwing an afterparty in the lounge until 2AM.

The competition is open to the public (all-ages to spectate, 18+ to compete, and 21+ for the afterparty). Registration starts at noon. Competition starts at 2:00 PM.

Dress like you're hitting the mountain!!!!

jobs, skateboarding, snowboarding, life?

its been kinda up and down lately. Ive been lookin for a good high paying job for a while and actually JUST got a call 2 seconds ago from some dude so thats good. but yea if you ever get the chance go to Evolution skatepark in ohio. its sick! super far away but for the most part worth it! its like skateing 4 er so separate skateparks.

snowboarding on the other hand is kinda not-so-much this season. basically i cant afford it! season passes are way over priced.people that say they might have a job for you at a snowboard mtn. usually don't/takes FOREVER to get back at ya. whatever.

SHRED TIL YER DEAD n' SKATE OR DIE!!!
